Dr. Kenney is a Diplomate
of the American Dental Board of
Anesthesiology and the American Board of Oral Implantology/Implant
Dentistry. These are the highest credentials available in dental
anesthesiology and implantology. He has served as an associate
professor of oral implantology instructing graduate dentists
at the University of Maryland.
